Wood Fired Pellet Grills – Taste, Convenience & More
Taste.
It’s why you grill, right? And nothing imparts pure flavor to the foods you grill like hardwood. But building a hardwood fire in your backyard is a bit, well, impractical.
Let us introduce you to Green Mountain Grills Wood Fired Pellet Grills.
Yes, they’re different. And it’s the differences that make them amazing.
How They Work
You load the pellet hopper with the pellets of your choice, depending on the flavor profile you want to achieve. The digital controller manages the grill temp, and automatically feeds pellets into the firebox when they’re needed. The combustion fan keeps them burning, and you get a great wood burning fire that moves hardwood smoke throughout your grill.
For safety’s sake, let’s not forget that there’s a fan in the pellet hopper that keeps the fire from travelling back into the hopper!
The App
That’s right – Green Mountain Grills are WiFi connected and feature an app for smart grilling, so you can monitor and control your grill from anywhere. Stay inside and watch the game with your guests while dinner finishes up. Run to the store while your main dish cooks low and slow in your backyard. With the app, you can control and monitor grill and food temps, set timers, receive alerts, and create a set cooking profiles.
Hardwood Cooking
Green Mountain Grills brand pellets use 100 percent kiln-dried sawdust. The pellets are made from sawdust that never touches the floor, and are held together by the wood’s natural lignins. Quality pellets deliver high BTU content for longer burns, and lower ash for easy clean up. Plus, great flavor!
The Recipes
You can always adapt your favorite recipes to your pellet grill. But Green Mountain Grills also offers dozens of delicious recipes adapted for the pellet grill. Seafood, beef, poultry and more, plus appetizers and desserts that are great for entertaining.
If you love grilled foods and that true wood-smoked flavor, you just can’t beat the ease and convenience of a Green Mountain Pellet Grill.
